Serial Entrepreneur, wife, mother, and former corporate professional, Leticia Ricks is CEO of Luxotic Retreats, who built Luxotic Retreats on the side of your desk during her "9 to 5", while leading Global Recruiting Events and Program Management for Amazon Corporate and Meta.
With over 15+ years of experience leading leisure group travel and corporate event planning, Ricks formed Luxotic Retreats to be at the intersection of professional development and luxury global travel. Leticia has anchored travel experiences in dozens of countries around the world with the goal of giving people "MORE" that what they traveled with, and ensuring guests returned from their retreat filled, transformed and rejuvenated.

Leticia built her career in corporate tech recruiting and led Diversity Recruiting Program Management for Amazon Global teams. With a resume extending over a decade in recruitment, she found her passion for creating large-scale diversity events and initiatives, such as Amazon's "Represent the Future" Virtual Summit and creating the event strategy for Amazon's presence at large-scale tech events, such as AfroTech, Grace Hopper Conference and Lesbians Who Tech.
